About Prof. Hafiz M. Asim

Prof. Hafiz Muhammad Asim is a distinguished Consultant Physical Therapist with over 27 years of experience in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and neurological rehabilitation.

He graduated from Mayo Hospital, Punjab University, in 1995, and in 2002, he became a Canadian Licensed Physical Therapist, working across various healthcare institutions in Canada. In 2006, he moved to the USA, became a Registered Physical Therapist in Michigan, and gained experience in leading American healthcare facilities.

In 2011, he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from A.T. Still University, Arizona, USA. In 2013, he became Pakistan’s first Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) from the American Board of Physical Therapy. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Physical Therapy from the Malaysia University of Science and Technology.

Prof. Asim has also introduced Chronic Pain Management in Physical Therapy, enhancing rehabilitation techniques to improve patient recovery and well-being.
